Things to observe when you Trade In..

Your device must meet the following eligibility requirements;

  1. Your device must have a functioning display(screen)
  2. Your device must power on and not power off unexpectedly
  3. Your device should not have breaks or cracks that go beyond the normal wear and tear;
  • evidence of water damage
  • corroded charging port
  • multiple scratches
  1. The device your trading inn must be yours
  2. your device must not be on a blacklist of any kind
  3. It should be iPhone 8 onward

Trade inn Policy

JUST Apple offers Trade In services.  By accepting the Trade-ins Terms and Conditions, you understand and agree that:

 

  • Customer accepts the value provided by the Just Apple for the Eligible Device and agrees that the value received for the Eligible Device will be in the form of credit to be used towards the purchase of an Apple Product.

 

  • The customer acknowledges that the Just Apple will perform inspection, verification, and diagnostic checks to determine the condition of the Eligible Device. Regarding these checks, the Customer: onsets agree to provide access to the features and functionality of the Eligible Device, including (without limitation) Wi-Fi, location services (GPS), front camera(s), rear camera(s), capacity and battery, where applicable.

 

  • Accepts that the final value of the trade in is solely determined by the results of the diagnostic checks performed in accordance with the Terms, and that such determination cannot be challenged by you.
  • The customer however reserves the right to or not to use the Trade in Service if you disagree with the determination based on the diagnostic check.
  • Recognizes that the results are based on responses received from the Eligible Device and the Eligible Device’s operating system;

 

  • That you own the device you’re trading in and that it has no third-party interests attached to it.
  • At the conclusion of this transaction, ownership of your device is transferred to Just Apple, and you assign the right to collect the value you receive from Just Apple on another device.
  • It is your responsibility to backup and/or delete data from your trade-in device. Just Apple is not responsible for your data.
  • You acknowledge and agree that the trade-in transaction is final and cannot be cancelled by either you or Just Apple unless the quoted value has been revised upon the agreement by both parties.
